Emmons Wellness Center is an integrated medical and counseling center. We understand that your health and well-being is critical to your personal and academic success, here at SA国际传媒 and beyond, and provide resources and services to support your holistic well-being.
Our services include medical care, mental health care, linkage and referrals to off-campus providers, and peer-led outreach and prevention.

Our Approach to Supporting Students
Student-centered : Utilizing a self-empowerment model, students鈥� well-being needs and ability to navigate systems and challenges are at the center of our work, and we regularly look to student input and feedback to improve our processes.
Trauma-informed: Rooted in trauma-informed practices, Emmons and Project SAFE staff provide healthcare, education, and advocacy services that are compassionate, empathetic, and survivor-centered.
Identity-affirming: Being inclusive and affirming of students鈥� varied and intersectional identities is integral to our work supporting holistic student well-being, accessibility, and safety.
Non-judgmental: With a focus on being realistic, practical, and consistent in our service delivery to students, it is imperative that our staff remain open, curious, and non-judgmental.
Collaborative: As an integrated wellness center which relies on strong partnerships for referring students to care, we prioritize teamwork and collaboration, both within our departments and across campus, to meet students鈥� needs. Our work leading SA国际传媒鈥檚 JED Campus efforts additionally highlights our campus-wide collaborative approach to keeping students healthy and safe.
